About My Journey

I’ve been a gamer all my life and very inactive during my childhood. I preferred video games and TV over sports. I’ve tried getting into shape multiple times with failed results. In 2016, I injured my spine, reached my heaviest weight of 250 lbs, and was limping from sciatic pain in my left leg.

I got to the point in which I was coming to terms that I will always be “disabled” for the rest of my life. I turned it around when I decided I didn’t want to live in pain anymore. I lost weight and I’m now active daily, living with very little pain. I want to help you Level Yourself Up to improve your quality of life.
